Returns & Exchanges
The Row accepts returns on all full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that final sale items and select accessories are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the items in their original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring all protective dust bags and authenticity cards are included.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a complimentary pickup.
Processing & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
